Great team but poor management and low pay - Guest Service Representative Miami Heat Employee Review

Very micro managed. Only 15 minutes of break which doesn’t even give you enough time to eat after standing for long periods of time. You can’t even drink water while you stand. Every shift feels like you are lost and don’t know what you need to do next. Break rooms are a disaster. Pay is extremely low. The shuttle service for employees are disastrous people are wanting to go home and have to wait a whole other hour just to get to their cars and drive home.
