Pros

36 hour work week if your not slammed with last minute projects and unrealistic deadlines. The people besides management are great people and talented.

Cons

Management here has no management experience anywhere else and poor strategy/behaviors are not corrected. Talent and tenure is not valued. They would rather hire inexperienced graduates to pay them less instead of hiring senior talent they lose due to not compensating them fairly, and then they put more work on the team to fill in for senior talent without also compensating them for the added responsibilities. It’s a viscous cycle. Priorities are all wrong.

Pros

Good coworkers, sometimes interesting projects. 36 hour work week.

Cons

Management and executive leadership is out of touch with their employees. Compensation is below market rate. Office space is dated and the opposite of what we preach to our clients. Parking situation at the office for mandatory 3 days in office is abysmal.
