Pros

Some employees are nice. That’s it.

Cons

There’s a lot of people being fired here. I’m not sure what’s going on. But I am seeing people are being fired with almost no basis or no prior warning either. Something illegal is going on and the management are all in cahoots with eachother. I’m pretty sure the last CEO was fired because of the current management. Also the pay is garbage. They’re smart for not posting jobs online and only offering it on their website it’s almost like they know the bs they do and don’t wanna be exposed. Please don’t apply to the company they don’t care about you. I’ve seen good employees, veteran employees been here for years, get fired on a whim.

Pros

Direct deposit offered, ownership was friendly and somewhat flexible. My experience here was not as terrible as others have made it out to be.

Cons

Unfortunately the health benefits offered at the time I worked there were very expensive. I have a lot of chronic health issues and could barely afford to go to the doctor. My copay for outpatient surgery was $1250. This was ultimately the reason I sought a new job.

Pros

Literally no pros, this company sucks.

Cons

Working at Meva was one of the worst experiences of my career. I was consistently underpaid, overworked, and treated unfairly. On multiple occasions, I was made to work more than 7 hours straight without a lunch break or proper meal premium. When I raised concerns, I was dismissed and treated with hostility. The working conditions were unsafe and inhumane. During 100+ degree heat waves, the air conditioning was deliberately left off, making it extremely uncomfortable and unhealthy to work. The management, run by the owner and his son, created a toxic and hostile environment that left me anxious and unsafe. One of the most concerning practices was being pressured to sign paperwork stating that I had not been sexually harassed, which felt highly inappropriate and unprofessional. On top of that, they tried to pay me my paycheck late, which is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Overall, this company exploits its employees, disregards labor laws, and creates an unsafe work environment. I do not recommend working with or for Meva under any circumstances.
