Pros
Working at Metz Culinary management there are cards that one can receive when doing good work. The more card a person obtains the bigger the prize will be, but you can turn in the minimum of 1 and still receive a prize.
Cons
Working at Metz Culinary Management I have noticed that they are very eager to hire new managers from outside of the company, rather than promoting hard working, dedicated people. This isn't only in my department, I have seen it many times in my very short 2 years working there.
