Pros
A friendly environment. This kind of job depends on the people, so you'll have a good day generally if others are having a good day. You're often left to yourself and simply expected to do your job well; that is a good thing. Good breaks.
Cons
Free meals, but otherwise, not many benefits at all. If an employee is grumpy, it will clearly affect their work and the environment. Too much stress for one manager.
