Pros
If you are a new college student this may be a good fit. Good for temp work.
Cons
Location. Not enough work to stay busy. Only 2 analyst so you have to be careful about taking time off. PTO policy- has to be scheduled 4 weeks out. Health insurance is expensive. Not sure what company values are if that is important to you. Training is not that great, just enough to get you started. High turn over. Very low promotion opportunities. Alot of talking in corners and no direct discussion. Current employees seem unhappy.
