I liked that the position focused on personal and professional advancement. I enjoyed how interactive the office culture is and has a sense of team commeradity-more of an outgoing bunch. Values are placed on leadership performance vs. seniority. The variety of subjects learned is incredible. The training was hands on, without micromanagaing.

Not a business for people are more so looking for a desk job, it is more interactive.

There is a continuously change of products.

You have to memorize a script and emphasize on products you never tried and/or don't believe in. There are these questionable "strategies" that the team are forced to used. Compensation is set at the lowest pay then a taper increase upon performance. Turnover rate is overwhelming. I started with 3 new people the week of. The same week, 2 formers (at least faces I thought were in the team) were gone. Following week, it was only me left of the 3 new hires. 3 new people came onboard. I left the following week (totaling 3 weeks of work).
