Cons
You have to memorize a script and emphasize on products you never tried and/or don't believe in. There are these questionable "strategies" that the team are forced to used. Compensation is set at the lowest pay then a taper increase upon performance. Turnover rate is overwhelming. I started with 3 new people the week of. The same week, 2 formers (at least faces I thought were in the team) were gone. Following week, it was only me left of the 3 new hires. 3 new people came onboard. I left the following week (totaling 3 weeks of work).
