      Learning how to deal with hard and difficult situations between members of the public. Learn good cummunication skills

      Cons

      Shift work. Bad uniform not well made and made of inflatable material. Poor working conditions. Port management lacking the knowledge of how to run the service as majority have never had an experience in running a business
