      As an outside sales rep you have a lot of freedom over your own schedule.

      Cons

      The job can get boring overtime doing the same thing over and over again plus you have to really enjoy making cold calls.

      Decent base salary to start.

      Cons

      The Florida market is a joke. Micromanagement from a boss who doesn’t leave their house. Lazy field ops team that falls asleep in the office at their desks (literally). no chance of getting paid your commissions. If you want to do a managers job without managers pay, this is the company for you. Complete incompetence.
