      Get an hour lunch and 2-15 min breaks in 8 hour.

      Cons

      Schedule changes monthly, will work early mornings 3a-12pm, late nights 6p-3am, and in between. Will always get two off days in week

      For mechanics, there was a tool allowance, boots, and a reasonable workload.

      Shifts are chosen by seniority, so its a decade or more to day shift with weekends off
