Great coworkers and PTO, but management is lacking - Registered Nurse, Emergency Room Methodist Healthcare System Employee Review

They have someone off the unit creating the schedule. Management was great, now we don’t have a night manager or a director. They only care about the metrics. You can request PTO a year in advance but it won’t get look at until that schedule period. No raises.
