      Pros

      Great people to work with, everyone is very knowledgeable and willing to take time to listen to question. Safety was incredibly critical and well taken care of.

      Cons

      Particular concern was hearing how employees were misled by management on certain incentives. Bonuses were often low.

      Job security is always there .the Boss is always ready to fulfill dreams of his employees
