Good place for freshies and beginners as you'll get to oversee the projects from inception to completion. Steep learning curve at the start. Relatively independent at handling projects. Colleagues were generally nice; admin and bosses were generally easy to talk to.

Poor remuneration and employee benefits. Stingy and demotivating pay review. Lack of sincerity at talent retention. Not a place for long-term career growth and senior positions.
