      If in a specialized position, you have plenty of freedom in decision making. Generally willing to spend money to improve if not salary.

      Cons

      Only Engineers are respected. Nepotism rampant. Must join ol' boy's club. Mandatory production overtime normal due to poor capacity quoting.

      Great pay,great benefits,sometimes triple time pay days

      Cons

      Hot,heavy lifting,real dirty and filthy..can get burnt or hurt yourself real easy
