Great when local leadership stands for what's right. Most management both local and other branches have built supportive network to help one another. If willing to put nose to grindstone for 3 yrs before seeing meaningful change it's worth it.
Lots of advancement for those with a drive. Stand out make waves. Those who are just quiet and put there heads down can and will be passed up. Show quality, passion and progression in development and you can flourish.

Slow positive changes due to corporate restraints. Has a corporate vs local Branch vs sales cage fighter mentality. 3 may enter 1 may leave vibes. Standardization needed rather than double standards.
