Pros
For entry level and younger people looking for their first real "career", it is a good opportunity. Cross train in different areas, and you can just about write your own paycheck with OT opportunities.
Cons
1. Where you start is where you stay. The FEW opportunities to move up or into better positions are taken up by nepotism. If you aren't someone's nephew or BFF, you aren't going anywhere.
2. It is a typical "corporate" environment. For example: you will have to learn the mandatory buzzwords and catch-phrases each year for whatever new fad the corporate office latches onto. It isn't hard to play along, but feels silly after a while.
