Pros

Working at Metacloud has been both challenging and satisfying. I continue to learn something new everyday and I'm encouraged to contribute to opensource as well as explore new technologies. Responsibility is very high, as everyone is expected to hit the ground running. But, they hire amazing people and then trust them to do their jobs with little direction. Its refreshing and satisfying to work with that level of professionalism. Other great perks: * Great office and location * Free Gym Membership * Fitbit * Working from Home

Cons

The free base health insurance plan is nice, but it would be great if there was an upgraded plan available with a static co-pay instead of having a percentage pay.

Pros

Outrageous benefits, great salary, work from home opportunities. Stress on work-life balance from the top down. Everyone here constantly impresses me -- it's *awesome* how much effort people pour into their jobs, and how much talent they all have. They're very invested in integrating remote employees. The environment is comfortable, laid-back, familial, and a lot of fun. There's a whiskey table.

Cons

The kegerator only holds two kinds of beer at a time, and people don't drink enough to cycle it as often as you'd hope.

Pros

Super awesome location in the heart of Old Town Pasadena. Amazing perks including, paid gym membership to Equinox, benefits that cover my entire family, fitbit, competitive comp, kegerator w/rotating craft brew, catered lunch, the usual snacks/drinks, company retreats...plus! Genuinely work with incredibly smart, passionate and collaborative people. Great Exec team that actually realize their employees matter. No hand holding or blocking- "If it makes sense, just do it" mentality. Interesting/challenging work. Solid growth opportunity. What you build actually matters.

Cons

The engineering team could do a better job of building couch forts. During a break from serious coding, we pranked one of our VP's. I think we just needed more cushions.
