Work life balance and flexibility is this company is extremely bad. You can't take holidays if all of a sudden something happened to your life because they think customer first, employees second, therefore, you screwed - they will tell you on your face! Eng manager are really bad here, they don't care about people I'd say. Project wise you gonna hit your head using 4.8 framework Mvc without any unit or integration tests and lots, lots spaghetti code, jquery and every single bad practises you can imagine in a codebase, so you will face easily a bug and someone like your manager or higher will go for you very quickly. Don't expect best practises, guidances, IT on-boarding cos you get into code and can't have mistakes cos they will make you redundant! I wouldn't recommend and developer even apprentice joining this company.
