Pros
It was a friendly, warm environment. Hard, dedicated workers who really care about their work. Great mission, you get to help a lot of people.
Cons
It was somewhat disorganized. I would have appreciated a bit more structure and clear instructions. Also the quality of the service delivered to clients wasn't the greatest, probably due to lack of funding.
