There are no cons to discuss.

I was able to bond with some of the staff but noticed many people have a negative relationship with the admin team. I did learn plenty about how to advocate for myself and the importance of being happy in the place that you work.

Gossip spreads like wild fire here. Your business will be talked about amongst the admin team and will get back to you quickly. I had a very negative experience where I was talked down to by my boss and was constantly put in situations where I was led in the wrong direction and faced repercussions from the same person who assigned my task. She would conveniently forget that she gave me that task and blame me for her wrong direction. I came home every night crying and praying for a way out. Mental health definitely boosted the second I left.
