New management team learning recruiting on the fly. Some bumps along the way. They are coming along.

Pros

Open door and collaborative work environment! When working in recruiting, which is essentially a people first business, it's important to have supportive team members and resources to be as effective as possible - Merraine Group does a great job at building the right teams, using tried and true technology, and thinking outside of the box to find new resources to allow us to do our best work for our clients and their prospective hires.

Cons

A lot of the team members work remotely, which has it's pros and cons for collaboration; but overall with the group activities that are organized the company does a pretty good job in connecting all team members.

Pros

I feel incredibly fortunate to be a part of this amazing company! The culture here is truly one of a kind – warm, open, and supportive from top to bottom. Everyone genuinely cares about each other, and there's a true sense of collaboration that makes every day feel rewarding. What really stands out to me is how the company consistently prioritizes both the job seekers we work with and our valued clients. We don’t just fill positions – we take the time to understand the needs of both candidates and organizations, ensuring the right match is made every time. It’s clear that leadership is deeply committed to creating meaningful impact within the nonprofit, social services, education, and healthcare sectors. The work we do here is incredibly fulfilling, and I am proud to be part of a team that is driven by purpose and passionate about making a difference. The leadership is always transparent, supportive, and provides plenty of opportunities for growth and professional development. If you're looking for a company with a positive, inclusive culture that truly values its employees and clients, this is the place to be!

Cons

As the company continues to grow and expand throughout the U.S. and globally, it would be great to have even more opportunities for things like in-person meetings, cross-department collaboration, and co-attendance at conferences. While the culture is already very supportive, these types of activities could help to further strengthen relationships and spark even more innovation and creative solutions around strategic direction.
