Pros
This is a great opportunity to get to work with some of the greatest minds in the AI and Education space. The culture is really great! Our HR team has made a really big effort to support us with Merlyn Fridays (the last day of every month off), Grubhub lunch stipend every Wednesday, and the opportunity for growth!
Cons
We are in a brand new market with a brand new product, which means it can be challenging to really penetrate the market initially. There are some growing pains, but I am very confident our solution will make a big difference in helping teachers.
