If you are more than one minute late the day after a holiday, you won't get paid for the holiday. Morale is very low. New ideas aren't considered. Many people are still using Microsoft Office 2003. Everyone talks about how great the company used to be. Most people haven't had a raise in 10 years. A toxic environment.
