      None. Literally not a single benefit. Toxic, no sales strategy.

      Cons

      CEO is clueless and borderline deluded. There are some lovely people in the company but this is all tarnished under the CEO's lack of leadership, knowledge and common sense. Employee turnover is criminally high for a reason.

      Good team members and good pay.

      Cons

      No real organizational structure or leadership. The CEO micromanages every team and function except engineering. Integrity and long-term vision are nonexistent. Revolving door of employees brought on for unclear reasons and leaving soon after.
