Pros
Very experienced top management, one can learn a lot working closely with them. Managers are actually trying to uplift your career unlike other places where politics take over merit. There is zero toxicity in majority of departments. Pay is great and fantastic medical insurance
Cons
There was some delay in getting liquidity which resulted in lay offs but given the solid structure I am hopeful things will get back on track. They decided to keep key performers while recent hires and junior folks were let go. This was unexpected as plans was to further grow.
