      Pros

      It's a small company and people really care about their clients. Most people here are really very friendly.

      Cons

      Development is an absolute train wreck here, worst thing I have ever seen in my long career. If you are considering a job here, please just say no, no matter what. You cannot help or fix this place. Please heed my warning.

      The context for this review is that this person worked for Merit for 10 days, had an oil-and-water fit with another, more senior, member of our small team, and we decided to part ways. I thought it had been amicable, and it's distressing to see a review like this based on a bad fit that all of us should have detected.
