Run far away, stay away - Anonymous employee Meridian Medical Management Employee Review

Cannot service clients. Most work done by offshore and the quality is very poor with error rates at 60%. They prefer to pay a person offshore five times to get the same job done right instead of hiring a US person with experience, more pay, and better quality of work. Transparency is non existent. Too many politics and cliques. Too many people being managers. The good people who do the right thing by Clients and staff are looked down upon as being to caring and too open. Without either there is no business so we need to take care of both. Too many frequent layoffs eating away at the quality delivered.
