Pros
Meridian has a great group of people on board. The President gives everyone the latitude to proceed as they see fit in their assigned role. Support is provided when it is asked for and no one monitors your every move. The owner is ethical, easy going, bright and a great human being.
Cons
The company is small and not as technologically advanced as some of the big players out there. Meridian Legal is a full service staffing agency so this isn't much of a con if one is okay with using basic Microsoft Office and web tools to get their job done. The office does lack energy at times because everyone works on their own matters which makes for a quiet working environment.
