Business outlook
Pros
Benefits are good. Good at allowing work-life balance but that is more direct supervisor not organizationa. For me the personal growth was excellent but I have been a 35+ year employee.
Cons
Management has declined since merger. Cannot get answers let alone who to contact with any issues. Corporate is off site so they have no clue what happens at the collegue level.
