8yAt Mercury, our goal is to create the best possible environment for our talent community. We are grateful for all of our employees and strive to make their experience here rewarding and fulfilling. To that end, the Mercury you describe in your review is not the one I know, at any of our sites, Phoenix included. The results of our recent culture survey support the notion that while we are not without opportunities to improve, we are well above the industry averages in the areas of employee engagement, contentment, professional development to name a few. Specifically, the Phoenix site rated above the overall Mercury average in 8/10 categories.
The leadership team has worked to create an environment in which employees are empowered to define their own work-life integration, balancing it with the understanding that we are a results-driven, high-performance organization. I am concerned about your feedback and take it very seriously however, I need more information and detail in order to dig in and make changes where necessary to ensure my perception of our culture in Phoenix is true for all employees there (and beyond).
