Pros

- very professional setting - colleagues are intelligent, talented, and great team players - team structure and expectations are clear - good amount of large-sized client projects

Cons

- high learning curve at the beginning but then not much career development after the first year - exec. management does not know what to do about problems in organizational structure - not enough constructive criticism - analysts sometimes do not know how to grow or what to improve - too many layers within client teams - not enough room for growth

Pros

-Trustworthy immediate colleagues -Good work/life balance and flexibility

Cons

-Little career pathing within company. Organization is extremely siloed, and cheap as they simply aren't interested in paying for small things to advance one's career like local industry conferences and events such as team holiday dinners that would have minimal impact on the company's bottom line. -Pay not aligned with skills or talent marketplace -One would think a benefits/career consultant would have decent pay and benefits. This is not the case
