Pros

*I have worked for 4 yrs at Mercer Noida 135 in Order management and I must say the Organization has only one benefit and that is Food. They provide free of cost good quality of food, AC cabs.

Cons

Mercer is a well known brand but unfortunately Management is completely unprofessional, unethical and illiterate . *They treat their employees as daily wage labor. *Management is full of rigid mentality and they want employees those can only work by saying yes for everything. No one is willing there to know your part or opinion , what they care about is just you must follow the orders even if you are dealing with any situation like Maternity or any causality. *No work life balance exist specially in Order management team. Management in this LOB is completely disorganized and stone hearted. *They do not have etiquettes and do not value there employees. *They will keep shifting you in different processes within the LOB as per workload in teams, and when it comes on promotion and any opportunity in team, you will be answered as "You have not worked for a long time in that process so you are not eligible for the next role". *Favoritism is at it heights in Order management. You will work for 5-6 yrs in team and will not get promotion even if you are the most deserving candidate in process in terms of eligibility, duration in process, process knowledge, trainings etc. Those who have just completed 1-2 yrs in process will get promoted. * The most shameful thing with management in Order management LOB is they keep PERSONAL GRUDGES on the top and will ensure that you won't grow within the team OR organization.

paid well, honored sick leave and FMLA, reasonable benefits,

They don't actually pay bonuses, or at least not to new hires who fall through the cracks of team and project assignments - and they'll claim it's that person's fault with no way to change what's happening around them. Management supports discriminatory and bullying behavior regarding who gets billable work, who attends meetings and on-sites, etc. Mostly, men go and only younger or non-technical women. They had men present women's work as their own. If you protest too much, you're on the radar for life and anything you say can be misconstrued. You'll be told to not criticize or disparage coworkers, even though they all criticize you constantly.
