      Location, resources of large company, good name on resume

      Cons

      No/low annual pay increases, not merit-based promotions, politics abound, many many changes to corporate structure and high employee turnover. Very little work/life balance. High cost of health insurance premiums for employees.

      -Trustworthy immediate colleagues -Good work/life balance and flexibility

      Cons

      -Little career pathing within company. Organization is extremely siloed, and cheap as they simply aren't interested in paying for small things to advance one's career like local industry conferences and events such as team holiday dinners that would have minimal impact on the company's bottom line. -Pay not aligned with skills or talent marketplace -One would think a benefits/career consultant would have decent pay and benefits. This is not the case
