Pros

-Great pay... You can negotiate what it will take to hire you... -Very good benefits... -Lots of time off... close the office 1/2 day before the holiday for example -Work remote or from on of the other offices around the country

Cons

-Most employees are in it for themselves... You need to have a huge ego to survive or enjoy being very self centered -There is ZERO training, honest!! -Very poor LOB leadership... How some of these folks make it to a leadership role is amazing... stunning actually... -Leadership does not believe in the performance review process... you put your plan in place, have it signed off by your manager and then witness them never reviewing and using it as planned... Amazing exercise in wasting time -Expect a RIF (reduction in force) 2-3 times per year

Pros

paid well, honored sick leave and FMLA, reasonable benefits,

Cons

They don't actually pay bonuses, or at least not to new hires who fall through the cracks of team and project assignments - and they'll claim it's that person's fault with no way to change what's happening around them. Management supports discriminatory and bullying behavior regarding who gets billable work, who attends meetings and on-sites, etc. Mostly, men go and only younger or non-technical women. They had men present women's work as their own. If you protest too much, you're on the radar for life and anything you say can be misconstrued. You'll be told to not criticize or disparage coworkers, even though they all criticize you constantly.
