      Good Benefits and Health Insurance

      Cons

      Most people are just trying to get through their day and/or are looking for other jobs. Salary is very low for the industry. Management is completely disconnected and clueless. High performers are worked until they burn out and leave. Very competitive and political, no knowledge sharing or teamwork anymore.

      -Trustworthy immediate colleagues -Good work/life balance and flexibility

      Cons

      -Little career pathing within company. Organization is extremely siloed, and cheap as they simply aren't interested in paying for small things to advance one's career like local industry conferences and events such as team holiday dinners that would have minimal impact on the company's bottom line. -Pay not aligned with skills or talent marketplace -One would think a benefits/career consultant would have decent pay and benefits. This is not the case
