      Pros

      The people I worked with were the best in the business, and I genuinely liked every single one of my team members. That’s so rare, and I never took it for granted.

      Cons

      Executives and CEO are short sighted in their strategy and refuse to take ownership and responsibility for decisions that need to be made.

      Great direct management, team culture, growth opportunities. great worklife balance. The people are what makes this work so enjoyable.

      Cons

      The larger japanese company is the boss after all. US team switches up working structure & company priorities & strategies very frequently based on direction from japan team.
