      Amazing place to work, very friendly accommodating atmosphere. You really feel like your providing to a greater good working here.

      Cons

      Like all start ups there is a hectic workload however if your driven and determined you can find yourself achieving a good work/life balance here.

      Great direct management, team culture, growth opportunities. great worklife balance. The people are what makes this work so enjoyable.

      Cons

      The larger japanese company is the boss after all. US team switches up working structure & company priorities & strategies very frequently based on direction from japan team.
