Since joining Meraki as a school leaver almost 4 years ago I have learnt the ins and outs of the recruitment industry with amazing support and training along the way. It’s a great environment to develop whilst being given real responsibility early on in your career. The culture is fantastic across all of the offices and is one of the factors that continues to drive me to develop, getting results and having a laugh doing so.
Cons
Recruitment can be up and down at times and feel intense however that’s just part of the job within the industry.
