Gents toilets in Chester are a shambles, out of the 4 cubicles only 3 have locking doors, 1 of those 3 has been out of order for almost 3 months, none have seats, after they flush it takes about 15 minutes for the flush to work again, urinals often back up and leak all over the floor. Agency are running the place! While full time staff are facing redundancy Too much management, no leadership! One of the new "managers" said to my face that "if you don't like my way of doing things I will sack you now and make it look like a gross misconduct" Hours and shifts are changed with no notice. Any good management we have had over the years have all been driven to having heart attacks or otherwise forced out by the toxic management
