Push all the work on the stocking group. otherwise let everything slide time they think cooperate in coming down, they get ride of the workers that work and cater to the ones that stand around , They hire people that just stand around , and sales floor is one of them 3 hours in the morning they stand around and managers also and not talking work is not what they are doing , They let worker belittle others with no discipline at all you can tell them something they will then say I didn't know that, They have young guys there doing nothing while the older people have to lift and put up 4olb dog food, Discounts are taken out of your check which only allows you to buy a certain amount and that depends on how much you work . as soon as you give a two week they snatch that discount away from you,
