Regular hours. Most managers are good and easy to work with. Good training programs for product knowledge and career advancement. Annual Profit Sharing. Regular opportunities to advance to new positions.
Cons
Pay isn't great to begin with, but there are regular opportunities for small raises. Sometimes difficult to get time off. Very strict attendance policy.
