This is a company that claims to be all about their employees but it the exact opposite. Minimum wage. Hours of unpaid training. Insane attendance policies that have no room what so ever for emergencies. There is no compassion in this place. No support from management. You are the lowest paid but highest worked employee. You must stop to help customers and cannot point or verbally direct them, however you are reprimanded for not doing your job. On busy days it is next to impossible to complete your own job successfully. Part time but demand full time hours. Hard labor work that requires a lot of team lift except you don't have enough capable team members. If you are a young fit person expect to be taken advantage of. I have witnessed management fire people who were hurt on the job, completely by accident, for other reasons so as to not have to pay workman's comp claims.
