Impossible to raise a family and fully commit to demands - Department Manager Menards Employee Review

There does not seem to be one set of policies. It seems that depending on the store you work at (or the general manager at the time), you could be working for a different set of policies. The hours expected do not make it easy to have a family / life outside of work. You can not have children and participate in there lives as much as needed when you are management.
