Pros
Compared to many other american company's, they seem to offer considerably more benefits, albeit only if you're full time and have worked with them for a certain amount of time.
Cons
The easiest department to get into is 'The Front End' and is widely regarded as one of the worst places to work in the company. Basic cashier and errand boy kind of jobs. The town I was working in had a shortage of workers, and a surplus of jobs available, and so we were largely overworked at the front end.
