      Extra pay per hour on weekends and holidays. Profit sharing.

      Cons

      Profit sharing is based on pay, so if you are not promoted by management, your profit sharing remains low. Only closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas.

      Friendly place of work. Decent pay once in management. Flexible schedule. Bonuses.

      Cons

      No real incentives other than promoting into a role where you will be stretched too thin, under-appreciated and stuck with lacking leadership.
