Pros
Large company with ok benefits. They no longer pay you to go to school.
Cons
If you answer the employee satisfaction surveys with low satisfaction, your department or you get in trouble. So employee satisfaction is not a true reflection of how the employees feel. The management is short sided, looks for the most money the fastest way and will do anything to get their way with out regard for another person's well being. It's not what you know at Memorial Hermann it's who you know.
