Early. Lacks structure. Messy but getting better

- Its a fun product to work on, very innovative - Good pay and on time - Diverse culture - They have your back when your sick or need time off - Their product has a good future so being part of that journey is a highlight of your career

- They sometimes need you to work overtime without additional payment - They tell you about bonuses and shares, but in reality its tied to company's success which they don't tell you until its time for the payment - They rotate their team, so its not a secure job - The rythm is very accelerated which means lack of organization or following established plans which is normal for a startup but could be better
