Pros

Company values employees! There are many things that are done to help employees. The pandemic is perfect example. When groceries were hard to find, employees were given groceries at NO COST! Also, during this time, no one needed to worry about a job. There is not feeling like knowing you have a very steady job at all times including during a global pandemic. -Benefits: PTO doesn't expire! I like to save vacation and use it when I really need it. I love that it can be saved and that I do not need to worry about using it in a certain time. Insurance is very affordable and very minimal changes each year. (Some years there are no changes other the change for an single person is less than $5) -Recognition: employees are recognized for hard work and given rewards such as product or gift cards -FREE PRODUCTS : $90 to use at product store each month

Cons

Idaho: Idaho Falls gets very cold in the Winter. Hidden gem: I wish I would have started with company a lot sooner than I did!

Pros

- side benefits are okay - it is a median sort of job - I personally have some freedom do to personal professional development on the clock when there is no immediate need for my work (happens very little) - People half listen once they know you have been at Melaleuca after about 5 years

Cons

- No management that knows what they are doing - Not very customer-focused - Don't seek to fulfill their strategic imperatives or strategies or mission - Very hard for people to listen to you because you're new - They don't have a lot of integrity - Very slow to solve problems - Don't worry about making improvements in processes or tools we use - Slow AI usage and no proficiency in AI usage, strategies or implementation - Managers micromanage because Melaleuca is "unique" - Most of the positive things they tout all the time serves only the company's image, not the employees - Don't worry about giving raises in a timely manner - Not goal-oriented employer And I could probably keep going, but will stop here.
