Pros
Mejuri at first was very welcoming! Probably one of the best interactions with recruiters and interviews I've ever had. The employee discount and credit are nice, feels good to buy yourself something nice! My store team was a group of very hard-working people! I often felt that their needs and wants left much to be desired from the company.
Cons
Operationally - a HUGE challenge and red flags everywhere. For such a seemingly established company the operations side of it was so messy. This made things so very stressful on the store's end. We did inventory once a month and would have to stay in the store until midnight and then be back again at 7 am. Not a ton of initiative to create relationships among the retail team. It was all about numbers and if you didn't hit yours, you were blamed for what you and your team could've done better instead of working together toward a solution. You were baited with the chance to grow within the company but if you didn't live in Canada then literally forget about it. No 401k plan!
