      - Positive, welcoming team environment that continues to stay strong as the company grows - Runs on a fast pace attitude, keeps your job exciting and dynamic - Given many opps. to grow your role, try new things & learn new skills (promotions from within are frequent and well deserving) - 1:1 meetings are weekly, with supportive feedback - Super collaborative team, always working with different teams and getting to work with other departments

      - Can be high pressure, but in a way that's motivating - Can have longer hours then typical 9-5 job

      No brand alignment on standards Corporate partners far out of touch with reality asking teams to change processes every other week and reprimanding teams who fall behind ZERO support with training/ gaps in knowledge Retail partners tell you to reach out with questions but ignore you and reprimand you when you ultimately fail Give your team fewer hours and ask for more operationally resources are outdated, SOPs hard to follow though they add more every day HORRIBLE upper management. No one is qualified for the positions they hold
